Fiber Folk (in kind)

Fiber folk supports TGH's mission  by assisting fiber artists, processors and small scal shepherds in adding value to and marketing fiber based proucts and services.  Members work together to offer fiber arts workshops, host fiber retreats, mentor farm stay guests and maintain an inventory of fiber products in their online store. 
 
Lambing season retreats are popular with moms and daughters during the mother's day week of lambing season, as is the adopt a lamb proram that involves those not directly involved in raising animals by sending them updates, photos and video of particular animals in exchange for sponsorship of food and shelter of that particular animal.  Sponsors get first dibs on fleeces / roving  / yarn from the critter they virtually adopt.
