MENTORING

MENTORING

Central to our mission is recognizing,  affirming, encouraging and growing the varied types of leadership employed in locally scaled agriCULTURE.  Whatever approach you enjoy, be it leading before, beside or behind, we welcome whatever kind of leadership you're willing to lend to our shared goal of keeping agricultural traditions rooted here thriving.

Mentorship is welcome not only in the garden, millhouse and commercial kitchen, but also in organizing events and neighboring well.  Let us know what type of mentorship you can offer, when and what kind of support you need.
